I believe there are going to multiple changes and upgrades as I go along. The vision or purpose is the one thing that is not going to change.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This 10-year plan came about after I had a near-death experience, well it is not as dramatic as it sounds. I nearly died but I made it. It was after my condition was stablized and while lying in the hospital bed, I thought about my life, what I was doing, my family and friends, especially my Wife, Son and Mom (in no order of importance, they are all equally important to me). I felt a strong whack from inside my heart as it is was telling me that I am an arrogant, selfish and irresponsible person and I lay there in silence as I tried to resolved these sudden but insightful emotions as much of my life for the past 10 years or so, flashed by my mind.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Hence, I made a decision to change. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;For the 10 years that I bought much pain and suffering, anxieties and worries, and all the other negative emotions (from a Psychiatrist's stand-point, there is no such thing as positive or negative emotions, but to make it simple for me to blog about this, "negative" is used to stand for painful and anguish and frustrations, emotions that most sane and normal people would not like to experience), I am going to spend the next 10 years correcting this.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So, first up, is my health &amp;amp; fitness level, I have written a progressive Intensive Health &amp;amp; Fitness Training Program which I started on July 1st 2011. I am going to undergo my version of detox program which involves drinking 2 to 3 litres of water daily, eating more fruits and nuts in my meals and replacing the white fragrance rice with whole-grain bread, oats and muesli high-fiber foods, and also low-fat milk or as minimum as possible of fat. The 1st phase of this Training Program is going to last 3 months, which by then I would have finished with my version of detox diet and adjust carbs choice of food, including some fish and seafood too, by about 20%.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Next up, is quality time spent with Family and Close Friends. I am going to plan for more fun-filled time with them. Spend time chatting and discussing with them are important steps for better understanding of each other, over coffee or when we are watching TV together. I am also going to cook once a week, and if time permits twice a week, usually for dinner. I may even take up Piano or a hobby that I can enjoy with them. Take regular weekend holidays and even if it means to spend it at a local Empire Hotel and Country Club or going to the neighboring city of Miri or Kota Kinabalu. It has been quite a while since I done any of these with any of them.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Finally, my business-investments, which clearly needs to be fine-tune and consolidated. I am expanding too fast and in too many directions. I have decided to focus on those that I have a real interest in and shut-down or KIV those that were done in the excitement of the moment or testing the water experiments. As I sit down and blog about this, I find that this is the correct decision and something I should have implemented a long time ago. Stupidity or Successful?</title><content type='html'>&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Our culture seem to celebrate the workaholic lifestyle. It is considered an act of honor to kill yourself over a project or to pull in more than 90 hour work-week.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;(91 hours / 7 days = 13 hours a day). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;No amount of work is too much. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;In my opinion, a workaholic just means you have to put more hours of work to get the job done than a person more suited for it, in terms of skill-set and experience or the technical "know-how". It is simply to make up for their intellectual laziness and arrogance. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;That's just pure stupidity, and what's more, it is totally unnecessary.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Even Employers or Bosses are not immune, because I had been one myself. And I have seen the others behaving and stuck in the Rambo Mentality. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;This One-Man-Army or Rambo Mentality type fails to understand that to work 10 to 12 hours a day for 7 days a week is unrealistic and unsustainable. Most would suffer burn-out within 2 weeks, while the more resilient can last about 1 month or so. They also fail to understand that a Company requires more than just 1 man to have a sustainable long-term profits (of course, those who do out-sourcing for services are technically not a One-Man-Army anymore).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Successful people only work about 3 to 4 hours a day because they not only hire good people but they know how to delegate to those who can do the job much better than they can. Usually they go to bed at around 1030am to 11pm every night and start their day at 5am to 6am. The first "work" is usually to do with cash-flow issues that leads to sales and marketing, business-developments, and so on. They work out a list of tasks or things that need to be follow-up either personally or their Managers and Supervisors. All these take about 2 hours and some would do these from their home while others would go to their Office and for sure, none of the Managers and Supervisors are late when they know their Boss comes to the Office around 6am. By now, it would be 7am to 8am, they would e-Mail or call the respective Manager and Supervisor of things they have to do and/or follow-up with, which is done in 15 to 20 mins. The next "work" they do is to have breakfast with their family or with important people such as their Bankers, Lawyers, their Buyers such as Dealers/Resellers/Corporate Or Government Clients. By 1030am to 11am, they would be done with "work". &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;I used to be like an workaholic as well. I thought it was great to be noticed, to be called Rambo and to stay long hours in the Office. Not only did my health suffered, I find that I begin to distance myself from Family and Friends because I was just too tired to enjoy anything, much less their company. I was drinking 4 to 5 cups of Coffee a day. I ate irregularly and started to put on weight. I was so obsessed at just working that I had no idea what I was really doing. My Staff felt lost and I don't blame them. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;It was in late 2003, that I learnt the way Successful People especially Employers and Bosses do their "work" and I immediately joined their ranks. True, it did took a bit of getting used to, at first because of new found time and my business-ventures did make more profits allowing more financial rewards. Gathering all my mental energy and willpower, I stopped working everyday after 6pm. I do not take any business-calls, nor do I discussed "work" or "work" related issues. I constantly remind myself that My Family needs me after 6pm everyday and I need to rest and relax, enjoy a home-cooked dinner with my Family and then would enjoy their company until it is time to sleep at around 1030pm to 11pm. After 1 month or so, it became second-nature and I agreed that this is the Correct Path to take. I practiced this to the best of my abilities and am proud to say that I have 88.238% success track-record from late 2003 to today. And I have never been happier and have find many successes in my business-ventures as well. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Tip for those who are first starting up their own business: Please concentrate to focus solely on how to build a team of Staff, so you can delegate and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. Impressive" and at other times,I would say "I have 10 employees" and the response is "That's nice". And I know which is a true compliment and which is being polite (which I would call a "polite-insult").&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;In this experiment. I find that others are quick to judge what is best for me, in the sense, the bigger your employee-size is, the better you are.  I noticed when those around me are asked that questions, the same responses can be seen.  Why is it that having over 100 employees is better than having 10 employees?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Maybe the right size for me is 10 employees? Maybe even 5 employees? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Never allow others to dictate what is best for your Company unless they are shareholders of your Company or senior managers in your Company. The "others" don't have a single clue as to your current operations or business-plans and most of them are just employees and don't know a clue about running a business in the first place. Take their responses, whatever it may be, a compliment or a "polite-insult", and ignore them. Just simply give a polite smile and walk away if you want to. Why waste time on these people?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Grow at your own pace and based it on a need-to basis. For example, your work-load is increasing and you are finding hard to get things done by 5pm every-day. It is time to hire a Personal Assistant or someone whom you can delegate responsibilities to, so you can have a manageable work-load.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Having a Company that has a small-sized employees can be a Great Destiny too. This is not to say that growing is a bad thing. It is just that growth must come with sustainability and based on acceptable risks and with the right type of resources such as human-resources, do you have the right people that can manage or execute the expansion plans, and financial-resources, do you have a comfortable budget to work with with increased in operating costs such as rentals and monthly salaries, and other forms of resources. Otherwise you are going to end-up with even more headaches and late-hours and morale of your current employees would be dampen and many more negative issues to deal with.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;So, to conclude, the main point to think about in any expansion plan is "sustainability". To do that, I must learn to accept and believe that I have to let go of all I have learn in the past, to let go of all differences in Style and Techniques of Martial Arts when in Combat, (or Strategies and  Tactics, when facing one or more Business Competitors). To let go of all my hatred and thoughts of taking revenge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can then enter a state of calm that is both peaceful and tranquility, where I, the Ego, no longer exist. Without Ego or Self, there is Stillness and Motion at the same time. Being able to have Motion while in Stillness, can I see who and what my Real Enemy is. When I can identify who my Real Enemy is, I can then sense, detect and know where the weak-points are, so I can have Real Hope of Winning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When the Real Enemy move, I can see, sense and know very clearly where and how to stop or neutralize or deflect any incoming attacks. When and if the Real Enemy remains still, I remain still, as in this state of calm, winning and overcoming does not exist. The only thing that exist is Neutrality, a position where there is Motion in Stillness. Only when the Real Enemy moves, I move.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sun Tzu's Art of War states that: To win without fighting is the supreme Excellence.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is the same. To win without inflicting any damage to myself or others around me. And as long as the Real Enemy remains still and I remain still, in a Position of Neutrality. Then it is a victory. There can be no fighting. However, in reality, this is never the case. Battles are going to be fought as Wars are declared, just as the Sun surely will Rise in the Morning and Sets in the Evening. So it is with Victories and Defeats. Be decisive and proactive. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;I am going to start my day at 5am starting tomorrow. That means that I am going to be bed by 10am. Of course, living a Nocturnal lifestyle for as far back as I can remember, it is going against my own bio-rhythm. I have tried on many occasions to sleep early and wake up early. I find that it can be difficult, probably because I had little reasons to do so. When I have a reason for it, yes, I can sleep early and wake up early.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;So, I have given myself 3 important reasons to sleep early and regularly 7 hours from 10pm to 5am. The first reason is I can get more important things done. The second reason is that I have time for my Martial-arts and Qi-Kung Training and Meditation Exercises. The third reason is I have time to have breakfast with my family, maybe even prepare/cook breakfast for all of them.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;More important things: (1) Morning Chanting, including cleaning of the altars (30 minutes),(2) Company Paperwork like reading then decide to throw or file it, prioritize which to be done today and which to delegate or postpone/KIV and decide how to get it done (30 minutes), (3) Creative-Visualization with Positive Affirmations and Strong, Focused and Positive Emotions (30 minutes).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Martial-arts and Qi-Kung Training and Meditation Exercise: (1) Cardio-Vascular Types of Exercises (30 minutes), (2) 易筋经 (30 mins), (3) Meditation Training (30 minutes). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Breakfast with my family: 30 minutes. If I have to prepare/cook, I may need another 15 mins or so.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;There are going to be some days that I might be able to do all of them. But if I can do 80% of them, I would definitely improve a lot, in terms of my Health and Fitness, my Emotional-Strength &amp;amp; Mastery over my Emotions, maintain a sense of calm &amp;amp; tranquility, even when I am in the Eye of the Storm. So that I can make and take decisive actions that are wise and 3 to 5 steps ahead of the Competition.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Basically by 730am to 8am, I have already taken steps to achieve my full potential in the 4 areas of my Life, that is, Spiritual, Emotional, Physical and Mental. And I also got a head-start in my paper-work which allows me to concentrate more on more important areas like Business-Development and Marketing as well as Meetings with Important Clients and People who can help me grow my Business and increase Net-Profits for my Companies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;In one year, that is 365 days, that amounts to about 1000 hours. 1000 hours translate to 125 work-days (8 hours a day). That's 6.25 working months (5 working-day week)! Think about it. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;When I am "Early to rise...", you can actually:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(1) Start a Multi-million Dollar side-business,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(2) Learn to speak a foreign language with moderate proficiency, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(3) Write a 60,000-word books on subject you know or want to know and many more.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Since I am in the mood, I am going to continue with what I am going to do for the rest of the day.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;From the 8:00am to 6pm:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;I would spend 30 mins on the following tasks:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(1) General Meetings with Managers and Supervisors to delegate, follow-up and discuss &amp;amp; share.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(2) Evaluation Meetings (once every 3 months).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(3) Read a Book.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;I would spend 1 hour on the following tasks:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(1) Paper-work that are related to accounting. Go through the Invoices, Receipts, Statement of Accounts, Bills, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(2) Paper-work that are related to Business-Development and Marketing. Research and Read on the topic at hand to verify the facts and figures, etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(3) Meetings with 3 People in my Contact Lists, with each no more than 1 hour.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;I would spend 20 mins on the following tasks:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(1) check and update Social Network Sites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(2) e-Mail to at least 3 people in my Contact Lists&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(3) Read on-line news&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;From 6pm to 10pm (these are some of my choices):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;(1) Dinner with Family (1 hour) &amp;amp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;Grocery Shopping, Enjoy quality time with Family (2 hours, 5 times a week)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;(2) Chat &amp;amp; Discuss &amp;amp; Share with Wife and Son (2 hours, 3 times a week)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;(3) Evening Chanting (30 mins)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;(4) Decide on a topic, Select at least 3 books and Read and then take notes and compile it into a 50,000-word Research Paper. (1 hour for 6 months)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;(5) Evening Martial-arts Exercise and Qi-Kung and Meditation: Weights, Iso-tension and Body-Conditioning Exercises, 易筋经 and Meditation (2 hours)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana; font-size: small; "&gt;(6) Choose a variety of techniques that can be formed into combo-techniques and practice until it becomes second-nature. (1 hour for 3 months, 2 combo-techniques).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;The goals that I have set, some are flexible, while others are scheduled with some criteria to fulfilled. Again, it is all in my attitude and my own personal behavior. Since I am a goal-oriented person, as long as I have a set of goals, with terms and conditions, a set of criteria and the scheduled time of when to start and finish. I should be great! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;- Life takes on meaning when I become motivated, set goals and charge after them in an unstoppable manner by Les Brown.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;I am committed to these new goals, to charge after them in an unstoppable manner, without question or complaint, and to keep a journal on my progress and investing the time, energy and resources needed to achieve my goals. Really, who am I ???</title><content type='html'>&lt;div  style="text-align: justify;font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;"  &gt;I have been known for my abilities to influence people. With my strong intellectual powers and great insight, I am a good problem-solver. I am quick to understand others and are incredibly practical - as most of my close friends would say " I am scary Judge of character". Often I apply my skills and talents to my everyday lives, obliging, generous and compassionate to other people who are in need. But this did not come about over night. What many people do not know is that I spend many years in training from reading books by insightful and wise authors to being coached by Mentors and experienced people in the Corporate/Business World and many other channels of knowledge and insights. I also learnt from my mistakes and evaluate on my successes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Generally, I am well-liked and respected by most people, even some of my enemies. However, I can be determined to seek my own gains and benefits, and will not mind using my skills and talents to achieve it - though generally without losing anyone's respect in doing so. That said, there would be occasional rumors about me, mostly negative. I learnt to take it in stride and that it serves as a test on who I can associate with and who are my True, Loyal and Faithful Friends (and relatives too).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;"  &gt;I usually have more acquaintances than real friends and I revere and cherish those close to me. Once you have become whom I considered to be my True, Loyal and Faithful real friends, I often treat you as a member of my own family. I am usually self-contained and keep problems to myself. And even though I can be talkative sometimes, I seldom confide in anyone. Having said that, it is not about arrogance but rather I live by a principle or code of conduct which goes along the line of "the less people who know about it, the better".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p  style="text-align: justify;font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;I am quick-witted. I can get more accomplished in 24 hours than most people can do in as many days. Often I can anticipate problems, and are always able to see the big picture. I can hone in on issues at hand and make measurable judgments. These skills, combined with my sense of aspiration also make me a brilliant Tactician or Strategist. Having said that, my confidence comes from careful assessment and limits of my personal talents, skills and resources, including network contacts. I steer clear away if something is beyond me and would call out the Calvary and the Infantry and the Air-raids and others who have the abilities and resources to accomplished the said Jobs in 24 hours. And I usually have good instinct and usually know when I am in over my Head. That's why I see no shame in asking for help as long as it gets the Job(s) Done! Having said that, it is also important to know that Status, Money, Titles &amp;amp; Achievements and Recognition are important to me too. It does not have to be publicly announced but I want to have that kind of respect by my immediate Members of my Family and True Friends that, I am good at what I do, that is have keen senses of observation that allow me to foresee upcoming Business Opportunities as well as potential Occupational Problems and Stumbling Blocks that are hidden, but nevertheless exists or are going to come up, and the Working Solutions to overcome them. By that, I would make a better Boss than an Employee and, although motivated, I can be pinned down by routines. I work better in flexible situations where I can be freely creative.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div  style="text-align: justify;font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Being Cunning and Thrifty, I have a knack with Money and are apt to SAVE for rainy days. When capable, I am a great money saver, and in strapped times I can make something out of nothing or how to turn make things to my advantageous. Having said that, I am wary of the Ancient Chinese proverb: "They who pile up grain hoards have much to lose.". Therefore, I make it a point to share my rewards with others whom I considered Family and True Friends, when they are in need of assistance, and helping those who are in need for the various reasons. With Wisdom and Compassion, I am willing to extend a helping hand to those who are in need.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;But in all truth and honesty, I am just someone who knows what I want in Life and willing to work hard for it, someone plans ahead and ask for help from the right people at the right time and willing to share the Fruits Of My Labor with those I love and cherish, and offer my help with wisdom and compassion, to those who are in need. Both sides always contest to be in control of the Mind, Body and Emotions/Spirit. The Dark Side is always there, ... has always been there. Just like Yin and Yang, Brightness and Darkness...both co-exists on the same world, the same body... it cannot exist simply by itself. Usually the Light Side dominates but the Dark Side calmly reside deep in the Heart, ...waiting... planning... waiting for the right moment to take control, to lead, to take charge of the Mind and Body...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div  style="text-align: right; And I use fear as a Radar for things are not right. Things can stir up fear usually means I have to confront and overcome something. Fear can be a warning sign that things are not right or carry heavy consequences that would pose a danger or major set-backs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Again, I must not allow Fear to control me. Make sure your fingers are fully extend.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Then, you clench your hand to form a fist. Clench it as hard as you can.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Finally, you repeat First movement.&lt;br /&gt;This is One Cycle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Increase the speed every time you complete one cycle. Repeat until failure to continue. And when you can complete 5 minutes of this without stopping, you can go on to the next step.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The next step is to rest 30 seconds when you reach your failure point. Then start again until you have achieved the next 5 minutes in total.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Of course, you can complete 1 minute, rest 30 seconds. Then continue for another minute, rest for 30 seconds, until you achieved 5 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Please make sure when you open your hand, your fingers are fully extend and relax. And then quickly clench your hand to form a fist. To create a mighty Business Empire. To be the best Businessman I can be, or even more than what I can be. To achieve Breakthroughs in my abilities, skills and knowledge. To be skilled in Martial-Arts, both armed and unarmed. I strongly believe that Martial-Arts can be fundamental in training a person to be successful in most undertakings, especially Businessmen and Entrepreneurs. It promotes control over emotions, health &amp;amp; fitness, to think strategically and be several steps ahead of your competitors or opponents, to win without losing a soldier or sacrificing resources, as it is deeply rooted in Art of Warfare as well as psychological warfare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I wrote the Path of Ultimate Overlord, it has 3 Levels. The first is what I have out-lined in the previous post. The next level involves more technical and step-by-step process to systematically improve and upgrades. The Path involves a lot of pain and sufferings, sacrifices of time which mean to do it properly, my personal time with my family and friends would be greatly affected. I felt it was too difficult and there must be a more easier path to take. Now, I know that it is only Path I could take.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This week, I realized I need a change in my Life, to re-align my lifestyle and re-adjust my focus on what I am doing daily and how to do things. I feel that I am not living my Life to the Maximum Potential and have been complacent in my Personal Developments, Personal Habits and Personal Upgrades &amp;amp; Improvements. I allowed a few things to slipped through the cracks, news and information that I should have known earlier but only came to know about it a bit too late. In addition, I find that I am constantly fighting fatigue, while I was doing my work, driving or even reading e-Mails or books, and had trouble maintaining concentration for extended periods of time. These are signs that I am not able to cope and I have not been taking much risks recently. More towards playing it safe, using reasons such as I now have a family, I have many responsibilities and duties &amp;amp; obligations and a list of other reasons. Subconsciously, I had laid down my Twin Blades, War-Armor and Guards, Helm and Boots. Is there one way or more ways to do it? Must it be done at an exact time or there's flexibility. Sometimes I feel that I am walking alone. At times, I feel that it is truly tiring and unnecessary complicated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been through many many ordeals, challenges, successes, failures, betrayals, mistakes that let down those who have high hopes in me and many others. As I am now past my mid-30s, I wonder what it is that I want to accomplished.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been called many names, many things. Some of them good, most are bad. Because I don't conform easily to the ways of people around me, they are quick to label me "weirdo", "good-for-nothing", "if it wasn't for his Father, he would be on the streets now", etc.  When I started a company taking on a brand-name that was at the bottom of the list, a lot of people say I would not last 3 months. When they were wrong, they say "give it one year and it would be history". Today, it has been more than 5 years and we are still around. But they still have something negative to say about me. Like, "it is all because of the younger brother that the company is still around". Etc Etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sometimes I wonder what the heck have I done to offend these people. But when I look at my own past experiences, I press onwards with strong determination and confident that I can achieve even more success than today. It is going to take more than just words to bring me down. And I am not doing it for the others to see. I don't have anything to prove to them. I am doing it because I know it is a path that I have chosen and that it is Destiny Calling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't conform easily to organized systems. It is never easy for me to follow someone's lead. At times, I wonder if it is an inherent flaw in my genetic make-up, a mutation in my DNA. There have been times when I wonder if I was put in the wrong place, in the wrong time-period. My love for Martial-Arts and my love for Military Manuals such as Sun Tzu's Art of War, 36 Stratagems, Zhuge Liang's Jiang Yuan "《将苑》" and many others have allowed me realized that there are indeed many skills that is required to lead successful battles and ultimately win the War! These Manuals do not teach the necessary skills, they can guide your thoughts and actions to take the proper path or correct way of thinking. However, the skills needed to execute such strategies, tactics and plans cannot be accomplised by one person. Hence, from a young age, I already realized the need to form strategic alliances and forge strong friendships with sincerity, honesty and generousity, hence, choosing the right people to call strategic allies and friends are very important. I do so, not as a form of deceit. No, I do so, because I know that in Life, there are few that can be truly called "FRIENDS".
